Sudie’s is a family-oriented chain of family-owned restaurants that offers delicious seafood and homemade Southern dishes. Opened in 1983, Sudie’s Catfish House in Pasadena, Texas, became a local favorite, serving tasty all-u-can-eat catfish, a Sudie’s staple. Under the ownership of Bailey’s Family Restaurants, Sudie’s remains a family affair with Paul Bailey and sons, Brad and Clay Bailey, running both locations.
The League City, Texas, location opened in 2003 and was an extension of the popular Pasadena location. Sudie’s Seafood House serves more than fried catfish, with a frequently updated fish-of-the-day board, other seafood delicacies and Southern favorites such as chicken fried steak. |
