Sudie’s Seafood House may be known for their catfish, but they are experts at feeding hungry rodeo-goers by the thousands. With delicious seafood and hamburgers made from scratch in their state-of-the-art kitchen trailer, Sudie’s does the rodeo right.

Sudie’s is one of only five food booths at Rodeo Houston that are provided by a restaurant that is locally-owned and operated, giving rodeo patrons a chance to taste some of the local Houston food fare. Sudie’s will serve almost 8,000 hungry rodeo fans per week during Houston’s annual rodeo event.

“We have had a booth at Rodeo Houston for several years now and it is such a great opportunity,” said Brad Bailey, part owner of Sudie’s. “Many people that are not familiar with Sudie’s or not from the Houston area, get a chance to try our homemade seafood.”

Sudie’s rodeo menu includes fried catfish, crawfish and shrimp, hamburgers and more. All menu items are made from scratch in the Sudie’s catering trailer right on the rodeo premises, so every person receives a freshly made meal when they come by the Sudie’s booth.

“We hope people who come to the rodeo enjoy our food enough to come out to our Sudie’s restaurants in League City and Pasadena,” said Bailey. “We put a lot of time and effort into making our food booth one of the best at the rodeo and we anticipate that people will recognize that.”

Sudie’s Seafood House in League City, Texas, and Sudie’s Catfish House in Pasadena, Texas, are both family-oriented restaurants that offer made-from-scratch menu items that include broiled and fried farm-raised Mississippi catfish, “hand-dipped” butterflied shrimp and other delicious Southern entrees. Part of Bailey’s Family Restaurants, Sudie’s serves great home-style meals in a fun and casual atmosphere. Sudie’s also provides on-site catering and a bulk-to-go menu for any event.
